Cooking your own meals at uni doesn’t have to be a bad thing. You can make exactly what you want, as healthy as you want, without asking for permission.
This Thai Green curry is my all time favourite dinner. It’s so easy to make and has great macros (516 Cals). Proving that eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring. I admit I cheat when it comes to making rice, but the rest is all me 😁
1. Fry chicken or (veggie substitute)🍗
2. Add mushrooms
3. Add half a tin of coconut milk (trust me you can’t taste it) and Thai green curry paste 🥥
4. Add your boiled veg 🥦
