I tried to put the same bottoms on & try to take in the same lighting and compare photos. Just to see if there is an actual differences. The picture on the right was taking on Halloween & the picture on the left was taken this morning. My little lower stomach area looks like it’s disappearing 😅 possibly 😂 i checked my measurements (someone suggested) nothing has changed, but i look different so idk what’s going on lol, but at least the scale is going down. I’m at 158 and some change. Making my weight loss at a total of 14 pounds thus far. I do however notice a change in my upper body, no more side boob fat and jiggly arms lol. But it’s Been a month since I’ve started actively working out & actually taking this serious but it’s been about 13 days since I been tracking my food, and making sure I am actually doing what’s right. I want to get to at least 150, goals make you work harder 💪🏽
