Everybody ready for some bicep exercises with some cool music 🎶? Well let’s hit it.
3 exercises on bicep day is as follows. Normally I do 4 exercises but this is for the beginners or medium level gymmers out there. I got you 😉.
1️⃣Bicep curls standing
3 sets x 10 reps do more if you can. I stick with heavier weights and do less reps but less weights than more reps.
2️⃣ Sitting bicep curls outer brachii.
3 sets x again 10-12 reps or more.
3️⃣sitting concentrated curl.
3 sets x as many as you can because you want to feel the burn and till failure until the last rep.
Now get out there boys and girls. Stop 💤💤💤🚼
