I can’t ignore the SIGNS! I was reading a book about knowing and admitting your limits so that you’re not setting yourself up to constantly let people down. Then my boss tells me that I’m taking on too much, and then a great friend calls me out today and says I’m a pleaser and just want to say yes to everything. It’s time for me to learn to say “no.” Sometimes I just can’t. #learntosayno#embracingmylimits#andsoitbegins
oversatured as fukc but i wanted to take this opportunity to thank my friends, one by one:
we've had bigger differences, and i know i've acted dumb and selfish, but do know i will always love you for being my nr. one best friend and 🅱️🅾️🅾️ ❤❤❤ |
you have been an absolutely gorgeous friend, even though i often don't show how much you mean to me. so, take this for granted 💜
i haven't mentioned you often here, but you still count to my best friends and you are awesome!! 💝
even though we haven't known each other for that long, you're already one of the first people i would ask for help with anything 💗
@ anyone i haven't included here:
you're still (probably) awesome!! ♡

I recently sent this little image of encouragement to a friend of mine who is going through a hard time.
But as I read it again, I realized that this sums up a lot of my last few years.
We all go through trials... some of us come out stronger some of us don't....they give up the fight. But I think it has a lot to do with those you have around you and you pulling from their strength and support.
So surround yourself with those that uplift you and empower you with their strength...you never have to go it alone.
