Today I focused on my core. My core is very week. I decided to film my last round of core excersises as a way for myself to view my mistakes so the next time when I get tired I know how to correct myself. I have also realized that I utilized my quads way more than I was suppose to as well. .
Watching these videos I see a girl who wants to be in better shape. I regret letting myself get this far. Now that I'm single I am going to focus more of my attention on my health so I never have to regret my choices.
Warm up: 5 min on the treadmill. Increasing speed by .5 each minute. I started at speed 2.0
30sec bear crawl
10 double leg raises
12 scissors kicks
16 toe touches
12 plank with tow touch
15 sec rest between exercise
1 min rest between sets

But the amazing thing throughout these failure is out resilience. We somehow manage to live through our failures.
The simple fact is failibg is never the end. We learn from our failure and use that experience to guide us through the next challenge we face.

It's impossible to be positive all the time and frankly just as damaging as being negative all the time. Honour your reality. Sometimes we need to sit in a negative space, feel the hurt and pain, acknowledge what's going on inside, even bathe in it a while. I'm loving this quote by aware wolf today. It voices up that letting go of trying to change something is powerful. If you can work only on what's important you will make progress. Beautiful things can come from challenging places. Imagine if you focussed on what you really wanted from people and situations. Let your healing and happiness be your guide. Be curious with those needs, explore enough to live the path that feels like home to you. People will let you down-that's part of your contract with life and that's ok. The important part is you being there for yourself-every time.
