As I remember to stop and smell the roses, I want you to remember to slow down and appreciate yourself as the beautiful rose or daisy or carnation or whatever incredible blooming flower you are!
You have the opportunity every day to just grab the light, turn it up full blast, and show everyone how bright you really can shine. Amidst the darkness, your light will provide someone guidance. 💕.
So many great things coming for Strong Hawk. Things will take a beautiful turn and my passion to truly make a difference will be coming to light 🌟🌟🌟. Soon I will be able to share this with you all. .
Until then, I’m going to embrace this moment. It’s a rare afternoon when I get to come home. Granted, the work is never done, but the good news is I get to be home to do it!

We like our weight loss how we like most things, instantly.
We get sucked into these “all or nothing” mentalities where we begin to believe if we can’t lose 30 pounds THIS month it’s too hard and we can’t do it.
Sustainable change will never be dressed up as a quick fix.
There is going to be months where you try really hard and you see great results, and then there is going to be months where you work really hard and you see no results. .
Keep. Going. Anyways. If you’re going through something it means you’re getting somewhere. 💚🌱
Greek Holiday Fitness
As promised, here is what I got up to on Day 2.
Focus today was on core and hip mobility.
Especially after being up for 24 hours and traveling through the wee hours of the night, the body will feel stressed, tense and tight!
