My knees are sore from using the sliders yesterday. I really need to focus on my form when I use them since I do not have a lot of core strength.

It seems like every second person is already talking about it. But what even is it?❓
In short it’s our bodies responding to either, bacteria, infection and even injury. Think about when you knock yourself and get a bruise, it becomes swollen, red/purple before it heals.
Everyone at some point has suffered from it.
And your body will send more resources to the affected area to help it heal.
When we’re talking inflammation all over this will be the results of something else going on in your body.
This kind of inflammation can be caused by lots of variances but some include:
👉🏼The stresses you encounter
👉🏼Your external environment and lifestyle you live.
👉🏼The food you eat
👉🏼What you put on your skin.
👉🏼Your Genes (thanks Mum and Dad)
How do you know if you suffer with inflammation:
👎🏼digestive issues and bloating
👎🏼You’re feeling fatigued
👎🏼You suffer with acne and/or eczema
👎🏼You deal with pain
👎🏼Your brain doesn’t feel like its functioning properly.

And that’s why It’s super important to look at everything as a whole:
