I STOPPED WEIGHTLIFTING EVERY DAY??
By no means am I saying that weightlifting is bad (I still do it about once a week) but it wasn’t working for me because 1️⃣ I was bored doing pretty much the same thing week after week 2️⃣ I found it hard to stay consistent because I wasn’t enjoying it, and 3️⃣ I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted!
SO I decided to change my training style. I grew up a competitive figure skater and was always in great shape, so I thought I’d try out more athletic style training again, and let me tell you I LOVE IT! Here’s what my workouts might incorporate:
✖️full body circuits
I’m someone who doesn’t enjoy cardio where you’re running on the treadmill for an hour, but I do find cardio gives me the results I want when mixed with resistance training, so this type of conditioning training is perfect for that!
