CACAO chocolate chip waffles 🍫
you might think plain waffles are the best but literally try these healthier edition chocolaty waffles 🌟. ingredients:
1 cup gf flour
1/2 cup earthly choice nut flour blend
1 1/2 tbsp aluminum free baking powder
1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup nut milk (i used almond)
1/2 of an unsweetened applesauce cup
1/2 mashed green banana
1 1/2 tbsp cacao powder
1/4-1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
combine all ingredients into bowl.
mix until well combined. (note: mash the banana on a plate on the side :))
coat waffle maker with coconut oil spray or melted coconut oil on a paper towel & then heat up the waffle maker.
put batter in maker.
cook for about 2-3 minutes or until well cooked and golden brown.

Signature French toast
Made to order and served piping hot in the skillet, so do be careful when you eat it! The French toast has been soaked for awhile to produce a soft, fluffy custard-y centre. Parts of the outer layer have a chewy texture whilst the edges are golden and crunchy. If you like your French toast to have that contrast between soft and crunchy, then this texture is good for you! Taste wise, the French toast has a slight sweetness to it, even without the honey, and a subtle vanilla taste.
