Some of you had msgd you miss our regular workout videos 🤗.. I hear ya !! I have been working out besides doing kungfu 6 hours a day with some strengthening but wasn’t able to shoot much all these days. But started shooting again to put some up :)
So here’s a leg workout I did couple of days ago combined minimal upper body exs. Since we do a lot of lower body work in kungfu, I need a day just for upper body strengthening and a seperate day for just lower body. So tom I will put up an upper body dominated workout I did.
