I’m ALL about body positivity but I’m also ALL about weight loss. Here’s why:
I applaud every woman who has turned to love and adores her body just as it is. I’m on this path myself and I wouldn’t change it for the world.
It feels amazing to be grateful for your body everyday.
It feels amazing to say FUCK NO to diets.
It feels amazing to eat freely, just as your body desires.
I LOVE spreading positivity, specially when it comes to accepting our bodies.
However, I know what it’s like to struggle with accepting your body and when you DREAM of having a certain shape, you DESERVE to get it.
I KNOW you can achieve it just because it’s what you desire. If it’s in your desires, it’s within your reach. This basic manifestation principle also applies to your shape.
Sometimes I catch my ego telling me that I can’t help women manifest their ideal bodies because my body is thin and I haven’t struggled with weight in YEARS.
I need to remind myself that I am a FANTASTIC coach and that just because my struggle isn’t recent doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.
I struggled with my weight and my relationship to food for more than a decade.
I’ve been through it all.
Eating disorders, isolating myself because I was ashamed of my body, weight loss, weight gain, excessive workouts, pushing myself so hard I couldn’t do anything else but worry about exercise and food, the low self esteem, and finally: the POWERFUL mindset shift that allowed for me to step away of these patterns.
That’s right: I broke up with hating my body.
I broke up with diets and crazy workouts.
Instead I said yes to loving myself. I said yes to loving my body.
Now my clients are SMASHING it.
Their bodies are shifting as soon as they understand their value.
They work on their boundaries and they start accepting only what is in their highest alignment.
They create new patterns in their relationships, where they understand that if they’re happy and loved (by themselves), they can give from the overflow.
They’re manifesting like CRAZY.
And I’m SO proud of them.
You don’t have to struggle for years. Don’t take the long way to the same truth of self love.
I KNOW what you’re going through.
